Introduction

Santosh Gare, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates ("we," "us," or "the Company"), is committed to delivering high-quality training and education services. Our operations are governed by the laws of Maharashtra.

Refund

Refund requests will only be considered if the client adheres to the terms outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and any other agreements signed with Santosh Gare. Refund requests cannot be made after the subscription or mentorship period has ended.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

The SOP provides a structured plan for clients, detailing milestones (also called "activation points") and specific actions ("action items") necessary to achieve these milestones. It evolves with the client's progress, incorporating real-time updates and tailored recommendations.

Terms of the SOP

Clients must strictly follow all directives ("action items") outlined in the SOP to meet their milestones. Clients must maintain detailed records, such as screenshots, spreadsheets, scripts, or recordings, demonstrating their adherence to the SOP. Clients must provide proof of substantial and effective implementation of the SOP directives whenever requested by Santosh Gare.

Failure to comply with the SOP absolves Santosh Gare from any liability for not achieving desired results.

Disclosure

Santosh Gare does not offer "get rich quick" schemes or guaranteed business success. Our goal is to empower clients through education, equipping them to make informed decisions and achieve their business objectives. However, financial success is not guaranteed.

Engagement and Accountability

This policy ensures that clients actively participate in the program while providing a transparent and accountable framework for achieving their goals.
